FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where should we stay?
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos. We want our wedding celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside the Wedding Day, be that at the pool, by sharing a few meals and drinks together or maybe even experiencing an excursion as a group. We have set aside a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at this resort and we ask that you make your reservation through our travel coordinator MarieSam.

When should we arrive?
We will be hosting a Welcome Event at Hard Rock on Friday, November 4th. We would love for you to join us for that. You've traveled all this way, so you might as well make a vacation out of it and join us as early as possible. Our room block is available from November 2 to 9, 2022. And the Wedding Day is on Saturday, November 5, 2022. We recommend that you arrive at least 2 days before the Wedding Day. But please come and stay as long as you'd like.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Please dress formal casual for the wedding. Think beachy, but elegant. The ceremony and reception location details are TBD. Anything you would wear to a nice restaurant on a summer day is appropriate.

What do we do about transportation in Mexico?
If you book your stay through our travel coordinator MarieSam, transportation to and from Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is included with your hotel stay via a private shuttle service. If you would like to plan an off-site excursion, please ask MarieSam for information and assistance on that request.

Do you we have to stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos? Can we stay somewhere else and still attend your wedding?
We ask that all guests stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, you will be required to pay a $140/per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception for the day.

What is the weather like? What should we pack for our trip?
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is typically warm and sunny in November -- temperatures are usually in the 80s. We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits and a light sweater in case there is a breeze at night. Other helpful essentials include sunblock, mosquito repellent, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, a light cap or hat, sunglasses, a power adapter (220 to 110 volts), etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.
