PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP -- as is, passport processing is taking anywhere from 12 to 20 weeks to process. FLIGHTS
San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) is the airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights to get you the best price at no additional charge. 

All flights should arrive and depart from San Jose del Cabo International Airport. If you book you room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos will also be covered in the price of lodging. Of note, the transfer from the airport to the resort is approximately 50 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, an all-inclusive resort in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas area. Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. She can also book your roundtrip flights if need be. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, you will be required to pay a visitor's fee of $130/person (this rate is subject to change) to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
